Ray Reiner is a retired music educator. He taught instrumental music for 30 years in Baltimore County. Ray was a member of the summer staff that taught the Maryland State Board of Education’s gifted and talented program at Goucher College. He started with MRCB playing trumpet and euphonium and finished out his service with the band playing trombone. When the band found itself suddenly without a conductor, Ray accepted the position and remained conductor until he made the decision to step down in 2018.
