Sue Wilson, a native of Pennsylvania, is a retired Baltimore County music teacher.  She has taught vocal and instrumental music in elementary and middle schools, served as the instrumental specialist for the county music office, and completed her 43-year career in education as the music chair/band director at Ridgely Middle School.  Her middle school ensembles have performed at numerous clinics and conferences, in the local community and in eastern and western Europe.  She established a musical exchange program with schools in Wales, Scotland, and Ukraine and was recognized by the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce for promoting global understanding through music.  Currently, she is a co-conductor of the MRCB and lives with her husband Jim, and their cats, Felix and Oscar.

Mike Powis, Jr. is a teacher in Baltimore County Public School system.  He serves as department chair of fine arts and teaches band and orchestra at Sparrows Point Middle School.  A graduate of Kenwood High School, Mike studied Music Education at CCBC and Towson University.  He has a Masters Degree in Educational Technology.
