Pamela McCracken was a retired music educator. She taught all levels of instrumental music for 36 years in Baltimore County Public Schools, including 21 years at Kenwood High school. Pam served as an adjudicator for band/orchestra festivals and solo and ensemble festivals across the state of Maryland. She served as guest conductor for middle and high school all-county bands as well as the junior high all-state band conductor. In addition to her conductor/player position with MRCB, Pam was the choir/music director at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Bowley’s Quarters. Pam conducted for the Middle River Concert Band for many years. Her leadership and dedication to the band will be missed.
